Ross Hintz

Head Deacon

After graduating high school, Ross left for Virginia for higher education at Liberty University. Ross moved to Houston in 1991, and after a long search to find the right church, God led him to Autumn Creek in 1994. During that time, he was singing with a Southern gospel group (New Psalms…which he is still involved in) when he met a young lady named Laurel Adams to whom he has been married to since 1997. Ross considers her not only his wife but also his best friend and helpmate. Since 2007, Laurel has served as the Mother’s Day Out Director for Autumn Creek. God has blessed them with two amazing adult sons, Alex, and Ryan. Ross served as Autumn Creek’s music minister from 2002 – 2015, where he had the privilege of leading and ministering with many extraordinarily talented musicians. Autumn Creek ordained Ross as a deacon on June 2, 2019. He finds it an honor to serve his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and his church. Ross is employed as the Operations Manager at a major international transportation and logistics company.
